CANCELLATION POLICY

  ​

  • CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION AFTER THE DEPOSIT IS PAID; INCLUDING NON-ARRIVAL WILL RESULT IN THE FULL RESERVATION COST BEING FORFEITED, UNLESS CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO BOOKING DATE.

  • NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IN THE CASE OF CURTAILMENT.  THE LESSEE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE BOOKING.

RULES

  • Please make certain of the dates of your confirmed booking before leaving home.

  • 50% Deposit confirms the reservation.

  • Balance to be settled on arrival.

  • Children under the age of 2 stay free of charge. Above the age of 2 they are considered paying guests.

  • No pets allowed.

  • Should any electrical appliances go faulty during your stay we will use our best efforts to have them repaired or replaced asap, however no deduction in rent will be allowed for delays beyond our control.

  • No sub-letting.

  • Tenants may take occupation from 2 pm onwards and the house must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure in order to facilitate necessary cleaning.
